Off Topic: Original ShuttlePro Focus Problem
Greetings gurus –
I have not had my ShuttlePro installed in a long time. Matter of fact, my computer running Windows XP, service pack 2 does not even recognize the install disk. I contacted Contourdesign and they told me to download the latest drivers from their site for ShuttlePro v2 and it would work just fine. I successfully installed the program but the ShuttlePro is not working with Vegas 8. I cannot get the focus to go to the ShuttlePro in the tray. I am using version 2.7.6 of the program. The settings that show up in the tray for the icon are:
Shuttle Pro Primary (this is highlighted)
global settings (this has a check mark in front of it)I can go into menu using a right mouse click and set the preferences to Vegas 7 but when I exit it goes back to the global settings. If I hover over the icon it will show me the focus is whatever I am working on at the time….for instance it shows focus right now as being on Firefox.exe.
This is driving me crazy. Please help. I know I must be doing something stupid.

Have you went into the shuttle pro control panel, select options and import the vegas version from the sony installation folder?
