Off Topic: Installing Graftpak 5 into Ultimate S4

I have switched to a new computer and am in the process of getting my programs up and running. I have installed GraftPak5 and ReelPak1 onto the new computer. Ultimate S does not see these packages. I have reviewed the help document that came with Ultimate S and it looks like Ultimate S should have seen these packages. It is almost as if the extra installer for the graftpak is missing. I am planning on doing a project soon and need to get these up and running. I should mention when I got the new computer I went directly to the website to download the latest version of Ultimate S and successfully activated it. I’m wondering if maybe the installer for the graftpak was missing from my download?

I did find the installer file after all and installed the GraftPak using my license key. It indicated I installed the key correctly but GraftPak 5 is still not showing up in Vegas. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Janet,
I replied to your email to VASST with a link to a new installer that supports Vegas Pro 11.0. Please check your email to make sure that you are using the latest GrafPak5 installer because we update them with every new release of Vegas Pro. Let me know how you make out.

Thank you for getting back to me. I sent an email to VASST support today showing my order for Graftpak5. Actually it looks like I purchased it twice – go figure. I suspect I do not have the latest installer since the installer I have is from the original order. How do I get the latest installer? According to the email I received from VASST I would get a link to the new installer once they reviewed my original order but I have not received the link as of this date.
Again, John, I appreciate your helping me on this issue.
