  Odd Interlace Line

  I am experiencing a problem with Premier Pro 2.0 that I didn’t experience with the last version. When I import 24P (Normal 2:3) footage into a 29.97 NTSC timeline, I see interlace lines about every 2-4 frames. Any reason why I’m experiencing this? I am shooting with a Canon XL2. Thoughts? THanks!
