Odd behaviour with Fades and then moving sections
I’m running Movie Studio Platinum 13.
I don’t think this behavior occurred in my previous version, but if I have two video sections and I separate them, and adjust the out and in fade by 2 seconds, then I move the sections together, as soon as they snap the out fade vanishes. But here’s the odd thing, it doesn’t happen with all segments. Sometimes the out fade persists. I’ve tried turning snap off, and ripple, and automatic cross-fades, but it still happens.

It’s quirky… I’ve seen this too. Nothing you can do about it except to manually make the fades again once the two events touch edges.
