    Hi there,

I have to do an animation where I am representing the opening sequence for a football match, and how the dancers will be choreographed on the pitch.

The dancers will be represented by objects (probably spheres – but simple shapes) but I have to show them entering and positioning themselves on the pitch at various times on throughout the ceremony. The positions will be quite symmetrical, and 99% of the time will be following each other in a line, equal distance apart.

What would be the easiest way to animate this?

My initial thoughts would be to use a spline path that I can have animate 1 primary dancer on, then use some kind of “repeater or echo function” to duplicate this animation but delayed each instance by 10 frames or similar?

The key thing will be the animations and timings will be changed quite frequently, so I am trying to avoid ending up with hundreds of keyframes for each dancer.

Any help greatly appreciated as this time of animation is very new to me.

PS I do have Mograph if this may help here?
