Object Remover Effect Missing
Hello
I have installed FCPX on a new Mac an , when opening older files, I get an “effect missing” error, which traces to an Effect called “<font face=”inherit”>Object Remover” (I totally forgot where the effect comes from and google </font>didn’t<font face=”inherit”> help).</font>
Any idea how I could locate the effect on my older Mac to reinstall it on my newer Mac ?

On my system, a plugin called Object Remover is in the Motion Templates folder > Titles > RT Helpers > Object Remover. RT Helpers is from Ripple Training. Object Remover is a fairly generic name, so there may be other developers than Ripple. But I’d search through the Titles and Effects folders in Motion Templates. You might find it there.

“Object Remover” is a plugin from CoreMelt. If you paid for it, you should be sure you’re up to date with the latest version.
