Object Layer Options not working
Hi
I’ve imported a multi layered photoshop file into IDCS2 and tried to switch on / off the PSD layers as per the example on the website:
https://www.adobe.com/products/indesign/newfeatures.html
and for some reason I can’t see any layers available under Object Layer Options.
Any Ideas?

Works for me,even with “Maximize Photoshop Capability turned Off”.
If you embedded rather than linked to the psd, then object >> Object Layer Options wold be greyed out (so that cannot be it).
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmAhah, Elementary my dear Watson. If the image is 16-bit rather than 8-bit, this will happen.
Otherwise, try resetting your InDesign Preferences, incase something got corrupted. IF thsi is still nto working, give us the answers to these questions.
Questions
When you reopen the .psd in photoshop, do you get layers?
Did you possibly save this on a mac platform psd and imported into a PC InDesign (or visa versa)?
IS the image 16 bit by any chance -
