    Two things you can do in Element:

    1) Enable auto-normals. Your model doesn’t seem to have come with surface normals.

    2) Use one of the Element’s texture mapping options (spherical, cubic, planar) instead of UV mapping, since the model doesn’t have such.

    For this to work properly without the need of the two above steps, the export from ZBrush (I’m not familiar with the program) should include normals and UV mapping (if such is used).
