Nvidia quadro 4000 PNY and FCP7 Compatibilty
Just installed the nvidia card and I can’t get FCP 7 to start as it gets me this message ” FCP requires that your system have 128MB of vram: this system has only 0 MB of vram FCP requires that your system has Quarts Extreme capable video card”
Are these settings I can change in the preferences?
Also I have two monitors one is plug directly into the card the other is plug into the converter that comes with the card. Only the one connected to the converter works but not the other one. I switched them and still only the one connected to the converter works. So they both work but only the one connected to the converter is on.

Your video card drivers are not loaded yet. I downloaded them on line the cd in the package did not work.

Hi there,
Just installed the quadro 4000 for mac card and I have the same issues as you do. I just downloaded the latest driver 4.2.10 and it stills doesn’t detect my second monitor.
Did you get it to work? How?
