Nvidia GTX 970 compatibility with Premiere Pro CC 2014

Hi there,

would you be so kind to reply to following question in regards to video card for Premiere Pro CC.

Currently, I’ve been using GeForce GTX650 and I am allowed with this card to select “Mercury Playback Engine GPU acceleration (CUDA) and I would like to upgrade but I am not sure what type of GPU to switch for.

Could you please tell me, if this video card GeForce GTX970 is supported by Premiere Pro CC “Mercury Playback Engine GPU acceleration (CUDA)?

What type of GTX 970 do you use?

PS: the problem of mine is, that regular fullhd footages I can playback with no problem but as soon as there is an effect applied, the footage behind is not about to play continuosly.

Could this graphic card help me with this very issue?

I also have a GTX 560 SE!!! Good to know how much a difference the 970 makes!!! Getting it today haha
