    Hey guys,

More 470s are on the way.

We lost a member of my family at end of 2011 and things have been in a general uproar.

Been filling orders as fast as I can since I got back from New York.

I have 10 more 470s getting here tomorrow so should be caught up in next couple of days.

I will also be listing some down clocked 480s. I am working out just how much I need to down clock them to keep them in power envelope of Mac Pro.

And again I would emphasize that if you are using an enclosure and have power plugs with 8 pins, GET THE GTX480. It is a much faster card when at full speed. The down clocked ones for Mac Pro will likely still be faster the 470, but best is still the full speed ones. The tests we did at Jake’s place showed a pretty substantial difference.

Also, want to point out that all of my cards work in Windows as well, so if you decide to switch, you can keep using them.

    Hi David,

I am still waiting to get the proper driver installation procedure for the GTX285/GT120 combo for the MacPro 2006 from you. (I am using Snow Leopard)

On netkas.org there are references to the: ATY_Init, GTX drive enabler for Nvidia and multiple Ati cards, Ndvidia Retail Mac Driver Installer, Cuda driver. Kindly outline what exactly is needed and what the procedure is.

    Regards,
    Dave

P.S. Any response on whether I can send the 285 back and get a 470 instead?
