    Hello!

Hope you have a nice start to the week!

I need to do a number counter with a custom-designed font. Do you have any ideas on how can I do that?

I had an idea to import a .png sequence of the numbers and use time remapping somehow. But haven’t figured it out yet.

you can just put an expression slider on your text later and link the source text to that slider. It gets more complicated if you want it to not be jumping around so much though

… but if its not a font but lots of pngs, put them all in a comp, one image per frame. then in another comp, put the font comp, add expression slider, enable time remapping on font comp and link slider to time remapping, making sure to divide by your frame rate.

also, if you save the pngs in numerical order, and you import as a png sequence, they will automatically be animated at 1 png per frame when you play the timeline, then like Andy said, you can change the timing ( which you can do many different ways )

How far up is the count?
That would be ridiculous to export PNGs over a large number.

Of course that’s the “now” me telling the “old” me 😛
