Nucleo Pro Render Problem
When I render using Nucleo Pro, my comp which has a Zaxwerks Proanimator layer, comes out with certian frames dark. When I render without Nucleo it is not there. Any thoughts?

Are there any other effects on that layer that affect contrast or lighting?
What release of After Effects, ProAnimator and operating system are you using?
Try sending a support package to our email: support@gridironsoftware.com and include a copy of the project (aep) file or a similar project that shows the same issue.
You can create a support package by going to the Nucleo icon (in the menu bar [Mac] or task tray [Windows]) and selecting Window > Support Tool. Select the Support tab, click Create and follow the instructions.
