    Hey guys,

    I’d contact nucleo pro customer support, but I don’t have access to my email.

    Here’s the deal, my AE render queue is full, and I hit render. Nucleo Pro 2 shows up in the upper right corner, and then it tells me everything is completed rendering when nothing even makes it to the background renderer. Any suggestions? I was getting a strange permission error yesterday, and today its just not working at all.

    i don’t have nucleo, so i don’t know if this will help at all. but when ae behaves very strangely i usually try pulling the ae preference file out to the desktop (or any where outside the original folder).

    on mac the pref file is in users/(username)/library/preferences/adobe/after effects (version).

    Nucleo has a function to reset it to “factory defaults”
    look in your Tools tab in the Nucleo settings.
    it helped me a few times when Nucleo started acting funny!

    x2 reset NP seems to be the no.1 fix it…
