    Hi guys,

I’m having a little trouble with nucleo pro 1, when i open after effects or enable nucleo, it crashes afx and gives me this message, “After Effects error: crash occurred while invoking plug-in “GridIron NucleoPro”.

i’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and don’t really know what else to try, afx renders fine without nucleo.

    any ideas???

    thanks for your help.

I doubt this will be of any help, but I tried the demo of nucleo pro 2 and found that it would crash everytime it loaded. I was using windows vista at the time, and experiencing general instability and problems with a number of applications. I switched over to XP x64 edition, and then the nucleo pro 2 demo worked just swell. I’m not really sure if it was a problem with windows vista per se, but perhaps just some file or setting somewhere deep in the system was screwed up.

mmmmm, great you got it working, but i’m on a mac. it’s worked fine the last year, no problems what so ever, it’s just recently where its started playing up.
    can’t figure it out.

I’m having the exact same problem…

But i’m on xp 64 and i’m running nucleopro 2. It was working fine and then all of a sudden it crashed. Have you had any luck fixing it?

    hey I’ve fixed it I think…

Go to your Np folder inside ae’s plugin folder. Load nucleoSupport. Then do a maintenance. Now AE loads for me. Hopfully back to norm.

Oh my god, thank you!! I was going out of my mind. Haven’t been able to find a solution for a week and going back to standart Ae render is torture 🙂 Thanks.
