Anyone else ever get this message with Nucleo?

(stated within an error dialog box after the Background queue has frozen and the STOP button has been clicked)

The instruction at “0x0000000c” referenced at “0x0000000c” .
The memory could not be “read”. Click OK to terminate the program.

It is happening on both an Octo-mac and a macbook pro, and when it errors out the amount of cores in the machine is a direct instance of the amount of error windows. Ie: I have to click OK on the error window 8 times on the octo, and twice on the macbook pro. These macs are both running Windows XP PRO SP2.

This is actually a really big problem, because Nucleo Pro has worked its way into out production pipeline, and is irreplaceable.

    Dave!

I’ve been waiting on them. Thanks for your suggestion though! I thought maybe some people in the trenches had encountered it before, and if it was just a stupid preferences fix.

I actually have experienced that problem on a quad core mac pro, I asked a Nucleo Pro guy about it at NAB and he said that they were running it on several Mac Pros using boot camp at the show so it’s not an entirely pervasive issue… I haven’t had the guts to try to figure out what’s wrong with my setup.

I will check with our support team to make sure you have had a response, but in the meantime, we just released a very significant patch (Nucleo Pro 1.0.10). Its available in your download account.

It addresses several bugs specific to memory, the background render queue and other issues.
