  NTSC to PAL UHD

  Hi there

  Anyone using Resolve 12 to do standards conversion? I need to convert DNXHRX 2160p 29.97 QT files to 2160 PAL 50p XAVC MXF files. So far in my tests everything looks good when frame blending is set in the settings. We would usually do this in Avid with HD projects but have not had to deliver UHD PAL before.
  I’m getting error messages when trying to do this export in Avid. (UHD 50p project – AMA qt – mixdown in PAL sequence – AMA export to XAVC).
  Curious to hear other’s experiences…
