NTSC to PAL issue
Hello,
I’ve got a problem qith a video i’m editing on premiere cs3, pc platform.
I’m using a ntsc .m2v clip and i need to export it in pal (format not sensitive), but in PAL. I tried to use a ntsc project, a pal project, different rendering settings, but i always get a “jumpy” video, specially in pans.
I thought maybe using a converter software previously, but i didn’t find a reliable one.

May i ask what it is for, because if you want to send a dvd to Europe leave it in ntsc. Ntsc is of lesser quality than pal, and almost all dvd players can play ntsc.

It’s for dvd in europe, but it’s a master dvd, and they want it in pal. Thanx for your answer.

You might want to use Procoder to do the job right.
