  NTSC to PAL frame rate conversion

  I’m using Apple Compressor and want to change NTSC to PAL. My question is about rate conversion. After applying my settings, the frame size is changed but should I always go into the Frame Controls and change the rate conversion to “so source frames play at 25.00” instead of leaving the default “set duration to 100% of source? I’m thinking yes but I just want to make sure before I spend the time converting. Does this also apply to all other format conversions as well?
