    NTSC to PAL Conversion

    Is it possible to take HDV material on tape and capture it to DVCPROHD 50i using a capture card like Kona 3 or Decklink? Then reoutputting the DVCPROHD 50i to tape, making a new PAL standard master? Essentially doing a NTSC to PAL conversion.

    If not, how would I go about doing a conversion from HDV NTSC to HD PAL tape.
