  NTSC to PAL – Audio Retiming?

  Hi Guys,

  I have some material shot at 29.97FPS (NTSC). It was then colour graded at a Post-Production house, and they converted it to 25FPS (PAL). The audio was separated from the video.

  Now, all audio is obviously out of sync as the video is running about 20% slower (!). Can the audio be retimed, or am I going to have to convert the video back to NTSC?
