NTSC to PAL
Hi,
I have a show cut in NTSC and I was wondering if there is any way to get this to PAL within FCP. I have a DECKLINK card.
Can I take a NTSC timeline and render it in a PAL timeline?
Can I capture stuff shot in NTSC to PAL?
