    Hello
I’m helping someone out with a project and could do with some of the priceless, expert help that you guys have been so kind with before.
Because of various restrictions and other peoples paranoia about copyright I have the pleasure of working on an ancient Sony VAIO and Adobe Premiere Pro 2 (I think, Sorry).
So it’s PAL DV interview footage and I need to drop in a couple of clips I have ripped from an NTSC DVD. So I have a VOB file of the chapter I need the clips from. I dropped this into a CS5 Premiere Pro project on my mac and it seemed fine but would not drop into the old version of Premiere on the SONY.
Rather than me wasting your time with all the things I’ve tried already could someone please tell me what they would do in this situation.
I did try to output a PAL mpg and avi from my mac but kept getting the pulsing on the picture that looks like it drifts in and out of focus.
    Thanks in advance everyone.
