Why not just create a PAL master and have it converted at a professional dub house for your NTSC distribution? It doesn’t get much faster or easier than that.

maybe try a different dub house first.
i’ve seen transfers where i could only tell the difference by looking real hard.
also do an experiment.
try your workflow, see if it works, and if it flows.
dont forget with your system i imagine you need to conform to 23.98, not 24.nick
