  NTSC-J conversion

  We are currently authoring NTSC SD DVDs (Shot and edited in the US), but a Japanese client also requested copies. I understand that NTSC J is a little different, and from what I understand, black level there is actually 0.

  Is my only requirement that level adjustment, or does anyone familiar with that format recommend any other changes.
