NTSC 29,97fps or 30 fps?
Hello
I’m a PAL person and have little experience with NTSC content creation.
Need to know a couple of things in the SD world:
(1) Is it 29,97fps or 30 fps? In what occasion/ instance would you use either?
(2) Drop Frame or Non-Drop Frame? In what occasion/ instance would you use either?
(3) Rendering as frames, as lower fields?
(4) Has anyone ever used the 3:2 pulldown feature?Does it apply to the HD world too?
