NTSC 23.976 to PAL 25 fps
We were just asked to conform a large quantity of commercials from 23.976 to 25 fps. We are in the US and have never done these conversions before. From what I have read in forums is that this is very hard to get it right. I see many different types for software options, but are there any good hardware or software recommendation?
We need to convert and view them in PAL for Quality Control.
We have a good budget so any ideas are welcome. We are solely MAC based.
