Greetings Cow Members, In the next few weeks I’ll be moving to the PC/Windows 10 family and saying goodbye to my 10+ years on Mac OSX, However I’m having a hard time finding out how to transfer all my RAW files (Music, Project Files, Clips, etc) from my Mac to my Windows Machine (I’ve been training on a Windows 10 laptop to adjust before getting my Big PC RIG)

I’ve googled and found 2-3 different “Read Windows Drives On Mac” Programs/Drivers, but none of them seem to work.

FAT32 wont let me do a big 3TB transfer with out crashing.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Or suggest a Program that Actually works?

My PC is Windows 10 and My Mac OSx is 10.9.5. Thanks in advance

    I wear many hats.

I use Paragon HFS+ for Windows® 10 and I can highly recommend it. It allows me to read and write my Mac OS X drives from my Windows 7 Bootcamp partition without any problems. It will be the best $20 you ever spent. You can plug your existing Mac drives into your Windows computer and just keep using them.

Hmmm… sorry to hear that. I also use Paragon NTFS for Mac and it’s working fine for me.

I’m pretty sure that you can download HFS+ for Windows® 10 as trial and see if it works. It’s a completely different program. At least try it on your Windows computer and see if it reads Mac HFS+ drives. That was the solution you were looking for since you’re moving to Windows.

    Format a Drive as Ex-Fat.
It is readable and writable by both Mac and PC and doesn’t have the 4GB file size limit that Fat 32 has.
