  Notes/Warning on Microsoft KB 88522 (1394) firewire issue

  Hi all,

  Last month I posted a problem with my Intel D915PBL with a built-in 1394 ports motherboard. I finally determine that the problem was with the motherboard. I sent it to Intel and got my motherboard last week.

  The replacement motherboard detected the 1394 controller and I am able to capture analog video this weekend. I have not tested my Panasonic camcorder yet for a possible 1394 short as mentioned in other posts.

  The only update I did before my 1394
