not yet specified infinite loop
Hi all, I have never had this issue before.
Moved to new Mac Studio this month, everything works as should.
But when I try and export any project it always defaults to ‘not yet specified’ on output.
I have it always default with ‘Comp Name’, and the location is always set on the main mac drive, so there is no external drive issues, and it always opens to that folder when i select the ‘not yet specified ‘.I am using both most up to date 2022 AE and 2023 AE, and have tried reseting the pref as well, but still the next time I open AE it always defaults to ‘<i style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>not yet specified ‘.
Help please, anyone…

That’s strange. For me it always points to the last folder I rendered too, although the name will always be “not yet specified”. Adobe Media Encoder is better for passing file names over, if that helps.

Yeah very odd.
On deeper looks, it may be that it is some issue with using OS Ventura. Maybe some kind of read and write issue where it is not storing the info from the last time I closed it… So far all adobe apps have access on all parts as far as I can see.
