  not sync sound problem

  hi guys, I have a problem with premier pro, everytime i import my raw video in premier and drag it into my timeline the sound of my raw file does not sync on the video, I tried following different tutorials on youtube but didn’t work such as changing the extension name into MOV or AVI, btw the extension file of my raw file is M2T file. everytime I change it to AVI or MOV then import it on premier there’s a message will pop up that says unsupported format or damaged file.. any suggestions? I have a project right now and that’s my big problem. thank you for your help in advance
