  Not seeing HD .mov alpha in SD project?

  I’ve got a 1280×720 29.97fps .mov file in Animation codec with alpha.

  I can import this file into a SD 30i project on Media Composer Adrenaline 2.2.10 using Maintain & Resize Square, RGB, Inverted alpha, Lower Field First and have no issues.

  I try the same thing with Xpress 5.6.4 and all I get is a black screen. I can ignore alpha, change to Maintain NonSquare and see video, though it’s obviously stretched vertically. Inverting alpha with this setting produces a black clip. I can create a new 720 HDV project and import the clip using standard settings and it works fine.

  Am I missing something or is Xpress simply not able to resize 720 media in a SD project? I see no obvious reason for the difference between it and MCA 2.2.10.
