  • Not Rendering Some Graphics

    Hello all,

I am at a loss for what is going on with some graphics in my After Effects project. The vector objects are from separate layers of an Illustrator file, and there are multiple instance of each layer within a pre-comp. When scrubbing through the timeline, the graphics show up in the preview (at the lower quality) but as soon as I let the frame render the graphics disappear. They also do not show up when I render out.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance,
    Michael

    Are they 3d objects?
If so, check your camera view. Often that can get switched for when you’re working, but the render camera is different.

Thanks for the quick responses. I fixed it by checking the “continually raster” boxes on the layers. I am not sure why that fixed the problem, but it did the trick.

I ran into this problem the other day and found the same solution. It definitely seems like a bug.
