not rendering certain layers at certain times !?
I’ve rendered a scene via the render que and at certain points certain layers just disapear from the render and then reapear later.
I’ve I use file>export then everything works fine.
What the heck is going on?

In the render queue check the render settings for solo switches, proxies, effects and guide layers. You can choose on, off or current settings. Make sure they are all set how you want them, normally “current settings”.
