One of the editors is running a media100 6.0 version. Just recently, sometimes when he pulls a clip from the bin to the program he gets the error above then the machine crashes and has to reboot. The only thing open is the project window, bin window, and timeline. No other applications running. Is there a neato fix in the control panel or somewhere else that can be tweeked to fix this problem? Thx.

If it is a memory error, then you can assign more memory to M100. Just control click on the application icon (the original not an alias), choose Get Info and change the memory allocation.

From (my) memory, about 100MB should be fine, but if this is still not enough, then just up it by 10MB at a time.

    HTH,
    Ben
