  not being able initiate apple qmaster

  Hello can any one tell me how to turn on q master no matter what I do I can’t get it going.
  I downloaded Lingon which was supposed to load qmaster on start up but nothing happens.
  no matter which app is open (Motion or shake and or final cut) studio 2 latest version
  I am using leopard 10.5.2
  Any ideas thanks
