    Hey there

just noticed that when using the easy set ups not all of the options are available…in particular Prores LT 1920×1080 25p

all the easy set ups can be found in Mac HD/Library/application support/final cut stuido/custom settings

so how do you get them all to show up in the easy set up dialogue box?

    thanks

Use the 1080i25 setting, just make sure to change the field dominance to none in the timeline.

Are you capturing material from tape?

    hey Jeremy

yeah there is not even a 1080i 25 option…in fact there aren’t any 25fps options at all.

I’ve selected “all formats” and “all frame rates” and none of the useful easy set ups show up.

I’m not capturing from tape but need to use the easy set ups for a work around to a sync issue where bringing audio back in from protools goes out of sync…setting up an easy setup is the work around to fix that bug.

Oh, I know that bug. Why not just use a PAL dv easy setup or something?

If not, reinstall your blackmagic drivers. I don’t use blackmagic, but I’m sure they must have PAl easy setups, right?
