not able to import presets from CS5 to SC6…
Hi, I just added Premiere CS6 (I already have CS5) and wanted to import my various presets (export presets and sequence presets), but can’t figure out how. I tried the import function (in the “Export Settings” window) and navigated to the presets in CS5, but CS6 refuses to import them. What am I doing wrong?
Also, I would like to import my sequence presets as well. How do I do this?

ps…I also tried copying ans pasting the presets from CS5 to CS6, but Premiere CS6 doesn’t recognize or present them in its UI.

For sequence presets I’m not sure. Export presets can be imported by opening Adobe Media Encoder. For whatever reason you have the ability to import presets in AME but not in Premiere. Once imported in AME, restart Premiere and they should be available.
