Not able to capture SDI 1080p 59.94 signal…
Are there any known issues when trying to capture an SDI 3GA Single Link 1920x1080p 59.94 signal when using the Media Express 2.1.1 and DeckLink 7.7.3?

The quick answer is, yes. But it is a choice not really an issue. We capture SMPTE 425m level B which would be 3GB. So 3GA format would not be supported.
If your source has the option to choose which formate level you want you will want to set that to Level B.
