Normalizing audio in FCP5

Did you try nesting your final sequence then sending it to Soundtrack?

No, I didn’t try that. Do you need Soundtrack Pro or just Soundtrack. I have Soundtrack but not the Pro one. How do you do Nesting. I heard about that before but forgot what that was.
