Normalising audio woes
Hi.
I’m attempting to edit edit a single mp4 clip that is a touch quiet. I attempted “normalise max peaks” to -6db which helps but the loudest parts now jump above 0db, which is obviously not acceptable.
I’m stumped. Any suggestions?

I’ve used Levelator usually as a starting point when I have audio with very inconsistent levels – usually when a speaker is using a handheld mic inconsistently.
