I’m disremembering a simple thing: if you want to add a layer at the current cursor time/position, how do you do it?

WITHOUT manually placing it, that is.

I’ve cycled thru the likely possibilities, but can’t seem to find the right combo of actions.

I’d just use the open square bracket key — [ — to move the layer to the current time indicator after you’ve dropped it into the timeline.
