    Dear All
    Is this option available in FCP 6?
    I`m asking because it one of the options avilable when exporting to BITVICE. I couldn`t see it in the EXPORT options. Or shouldn`t I worry about it and export a Quicktime self contained movie?

    Just leave the self contained button and recompress all frames button unchecked after you go to Export > Quicktime Movie.
