  non-mappable keys

  Hi, I have settings mapped to my keyboard that I have been using for years.
  I have noticed that on some systems using SHIFT+ESC doesn’t work while on others it does.
  At first I assumed it was the actual keyboard that was at fault but it doesn’t seem to be the case;
  The same version of Media Composer installed at the facility I’m in – both systems running Windows 7 – my settings loaded on both yet one accepts my SHIFT+ESC mapped function and the other doesn’t. (yes I’ve swapped the keyboards over to no effect)
  I’m convinced there is something within the Windows OP that is not allowing the use of this key combination but I have found nothing online to help.
  Does anyone here have any ideas?
