Non HDV Sync IUssue
Hey all,
I hate to post about another sync problem, but im having one…sadly. Im using a Kona LH (NOT LHe) in a dual 1.8 G5, FCS2, latest drivers and system updates. Im captureing DVCPRO HD 720p 59.94 over component from another computer (using a dvi to component adapter) and Im running 2 mics and the headphone jack from the computer into a mixer. The mics are panned left and the computer is panned right attempting to get “ambience” from the computer on the right and voices on the left. The ouput of the mixer is running to the analogue Inputs of the card (I dont have the breakout box).Im getting audio clicks and sync drift, I scoured the HDV whitepaper and couldnt seem to find an answer, and the work arounds ive seen suggested else where on the boards arent viable for me (using firewire to capture audio). Ive only had the card for a few weeks so Im still learning the ins and outs, forgive my newbness.
