  Noisy picture while exporting with chapter marks

  Why is it when I export while using chapter marks (shift F6)into IDVD the picture is total static (noise).

  Just finished a wedding project and the ceremony which I didn’t use chapter marks is fine but the reception which I did use chapter marks is totally unviewable.

  Last week I finished a recital video and had the same problem so had to bring project into Imovie (a lot of extra work)to add chapter marks there and it worked fine.
