Noise reduction
Posted by Ken Pugh on November 7, 2006 at 4:12 pmAnyone recommend a noise reduction filter for FCP? I see there’s one in the Joe’s Filters range.
Thanks,
Ken.

November 8, 2006 at 9:22 amThanks, I’ve been using soundsoap, that seems very similar to me – but what I should have made clear is that I’m looking this time for a video noise reduction tool! Apologies. Any experience in this area?
Thanks,
Ken.

I thought your first post was pretty clear, since you mentioned Joe’s Filters. The NR filter in there works pretty well, but the NR in AE 6.5 and up is a lot better. There is a de-noise filter in Boris Continuum complete, but it kinda expensive.
