    I allready make DVD from a video captured (in premiere 1.5) from VHS tape when I edit a little bit, I Export to a .AVI and make a little menu to the DVD When I play the video its look like noisy and have scanline crossing the screen, It look like a 70’s video. somebody have this problem before?.

    The noise maybe normal, since DVD compression really doesn’t do well with already noisy input, which would be the case of a VHS.

    The scan lines you are referring to maybe a wrong field order, that is usually accompanied with “jerkiness” in motion areas. You will need to know whether you imported your footage in lower or upper field first.

    I render the video from Premiere with the Lower field first
