  Noise Glitch in BG

  Has anyone seen this before, and can tell me what is wrong?

  Frame 284 with the noisy glitchy background that stretches from about 275 frames up to 284 from the bottom right.

  Then the glitch dissapears as frame 285

  I thought it was two layers on the same z depth, but not in this case. I have two different layers that make up the background, and they are set to 3d, and the first has the z space set to 20, and the other 25. All the other layers (including hidden) aren’t anywhere near the background. Thoughts?
