Noise Blur
I’m setting up a preset, and I wanna try to figure out how to get a blur effect to only blur a noise effect on the same layer. Is this possible? I want to be able to control how much blur is applied to the noise, but not the layer the blur and the noise effects are on. Is this possible?

Ya i know, I just wanted to try to get it all on one layer. I’m parenting the blur to the noise amount to control it easier, but adding a /2 expression on the end so that if the noise amount is at 100, the blur will be 50.
